Anyway, I don't think I have recipes as exciting as yours to share...but first thing for me before cooking anything is to prepare my favorite hot drink. It's particularly good in Winter to keep strong and avoid getting ill. I love making a pot of fresh ginger-lemon-honey infusion 😀 much better freshly home made than in tea bags. For the honey, I try to use locally produced honey to get the best protection from the hard work of local bees in our environment 😉
For the dose, it's up to your taste really. I usually squeeze half a lemon and cut fresh ginger, add boiling water to it and a spoon of honey. I leave to infuse in the pot for few minutes and it's ready.
I drink around two cups a day of this and honestly I go through Winter without getting ill. It's also good cold for the sunny season.
