Dwayne's Disability Subject

I was medically terminated from my job at Oracle, last year in the month of July 18, 2019. I immediately applied for disability. My AxSpA was diagnosed August 18, 2018 currently I'm having a flare which is causing fatigue both physically and mentally.

Hi Dwayne, How are you feeling today? I am sorry you are struggling at the moment. That cold period of the year is not the best for us, is it? I certainly pay more attention to my body at this time as symptoms seem to change more often than during the sunny season. I hope you have few tricks in your bag to manage your flare, whatever works for you. Remember to be gentle with yourself and practice self-care daily 😀 By self-care, I mean that watching a funny movie and eating chocolate might just be the best thing to do for you to feel better! Hey there Dwayne, I've recently found myself on disability this past year due to my illness as well. The process can be overwhelming, and it requires a lot of patience, but I am hoping for the best for you and sending you good energy in hopes that you are able to get it. I know it can be frustrating losing a job and feeling unable to take on the demands while battling with arthritis. Especially during flares and fatigue, which are two things I know all too well, as well as many others in this community.
