Getting Old Gracefully!

In my world we use the words "a bit at a time" because we do not hurry and don’t need to. I just turned 72 and a lot of days I feel all the years!

On my birthday I brushed my hair and pinned it up. Nope, I wasn’t old because I couldn’t see the gray around my face. The axial spondyloarthritis pain is real, and I have a cheat sheet with helpful tips for a lot of the conditions like you.
