Walking Autoimmune Disease

I have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, Crohns, Ulcerative Colitis and RA. Along with multiple other non autoimmune diseases. I am a 47 year old male with a wife and two kids. I am still working full time. I take multiple oral medications, vitamins/supplements and IV infusions of Remicade.
