Is It Possible To Get Into MMA With AxSpa?

This weekend I was watching the UFC with a friend of mine, something that I have gotten quite into lately.

After it was over we were talking about how fun it would be to give it a try and found a local gym that offers a free first class.

Although like a lot of things in life, I doubted whether I would be able to take part on account of my condition.

I was wondering if anyone with AS has ever taken part in any kind of MMA (yes I know that is a lot of acronyms in the same sentence)

Is there an arthritis friendly form of martial art or is it best that I stick to just watching it?

  1. - I wish you luck with joining classes for MMA. Here are 2 stories you'd like.

  2. This is such a cool idea ! I think you could start with a trainer and do sparring, see what you can do, and make sure to listen to your body! Ali (Community Member)

    1. That's a pretty cool idea too!

I haven't actually played on a switch yet but is it like the wii version where you are actually throwing the punches yourself or is more just button bashing haha
