My Pain today is my own doing

I was extremely tired today but wouldn’t listen to my own body for that I paid the couch my bad I could not get comfortable I was extremely tired but could not fall asleep cause I overdid it next time I will listen to my body because then I won’t pay the price that I have to tonight

  1. How are you doing lately? I know when I overdo it and can't get comfy enough to rest, I head to the bath and soak in a hot bath. I also turn to muscle relaxants, my magnesium, and my muscle massager/gun to soothe my soreness and irritability away. So many times I have overdone things with horrible results. It's taken me days to recuperate and I've learned from the experience. Hoping you are better and that your energy is at a level you can accomplish much needed tasks for the day. Well wishes.     Oh yes I hear you....I have been there myself several times, and blaming myself afterwards for it! This 'boom and bust cycle' is really a thing, and it takes sometime to learn how to pace yourself. This is a work in progress 😉 don't worry, you will get there and find some control over how much you can do without hitting the wall and paying the price 😀
    You're learning and you're doing great! We are all in that process at some point, I may have some control now and yet things will change and I will have to adjust my activities again!

    I can totally understand what your are feeling. I can relate so much on taking the other side and not listening to my body on what it is telling me and then paying for it like you described.
