Just curious about people's experience with continued acupuncture treatment . It has given me my life back and wanting so see how many have tried it and stuck with it.

I have had dry needling on my neck and it’s amazing. I believe it’s the same as acupuncture but I get it at PT and she said they have to call it that for insurance purposes. Ridiculous. Anyway it helps the stiffness and cervical pain more than anything. Sadly it doesn’t help my back or SI joints but I’ll take what relief I can get. I highly recommend it. And if you’ve had the huge injection needles used during procedures, these aren’t even felt.

Oh wow great to know!! Where on your body do they place the cups?

the cups are placed in areas of stiffness and/or discomfort. In my situation the cups are placed lower back and shoulders-neck area.

I haven't tried cupping. What does that do?!

cupping helps stimulate your skin and muscles. The suction promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration. I have this treatment done almost every 3 weeks

I find Acupuncture and cupping to be extremely helpful for my AS.
