Thanks for sharing this - the cold weather without a doubt affects me similarly as well. What are some ways you treat your peripheral and entheseal pain throughout the seasons? Wishing you a wonderful holiday season. Rebecca (community moderator)

- sounds like a perfect strategy to ward off the pain from enthesitis. It plagues me so much in the cold months and I'm in Arizona where "cold" is in the 50s and 60s. I find it hard to do any activity such as knitting, painting, or macrame. Thanks for the ideas that help you through. Rebecca (community moderator)

All that’s ok but I’m a 69 yr old widow and I need to get things done! Everyone I know works and has families so I have to rely on myself. Me. Only me.

Cooler weather is a great change here in MS. Once the cold kicks in, I tend to have more peripheral pain in my wrists, thumbs, knees and most significantly (every fall/winter like clockwork) severe elbow pain due to enthesitis.
