How have you been sleeping recently?

How well are you sleeping?

The past few months I've been having trouble sleeping. The nights that I can sleep then I find difficult as I now have no sleep routine.

What helps you when you can't sleep?

  2. TV helps me if it isn’t a a sitcom. I know that isn’t best way, but sometimes it is the only way I get any sleep.

      I am the same when I am not able to sleep. Try to watch some netflix or even browse my phone until i can go back to bed. How are you feeling today?

  3. I have found Magnesium and Resveratrol taken in the evening help me sleep through the night most of the time.

      Thank you for sharing and I am so glad you have found something that can help with better sleep. I know how hard that is when you don't get a night's good sleep. It just makes everything else worse and increases flare or symptoms. I will have to give Resveratrol a try. I have tried magnesium before and helped. But i need to be more consistent.

  4. It actually goes against what experts say but I have a free online game called Forge of Empires. I have 6 worlds and in each world over 70 people to manually aid. Oh boy .aide, aide,,zz...aide..zzz.zzzz
