  1. Listen to my meditation ,there's a pain section on the better sleep app

    1. Oh I like this. I've experimented with meditation as well and find it extremely helpful. Thanks for sharing. Rebecca (team member)

  2. My meds

    1. Tramadol

      1. I wake up with sternum and rib pain. Along with back pain when I get out of bed. 1 ml. of methotrexate only helps a little. I am fatigued most of the day. Don’t know what to do.

        1. So very sorry to hear you are struggling through days with costochondritis as well as back pain. This disease is quite cruel. Have you been to see your care provider recently? They may have better treatment or a change to their treatment plan to help reduce this chest/rib pain. Methotrexate may not be an ideal or optimal treatment for you. Hoping you find a way to ease the horrible pain. Sending thoughts of relief your way. Rebecca (team member)

        2. Checking in and hoping you are feeling better than you were a week ago. I hope you've found some relief from the sternum and rib pain you've been experiencing. Have you tried any breathing and stretching techniques to help ease the tightness and pain? I found an article on our site that might be helpful for you. Here's the link: https://axialspondyloarthritis.net/living/costochondritis-pain-stretches. If you haven't already, it might be a good idea to visit your doctor for assistance. They can provide breathing techniques or refer you to a physiotherapist for combined breathing and stretching exercises. Wishing you the best on your healing journey. Rebecca (team member)
