Yes, I feel fatigued often. At times I exercise which will help for a time, but I also will sit in a cozy chair with a blanket and take a nap.

It is awfully difficult to get through this. Today I did four loads of laundry and after each one I had to take a break. It is so frustrating
and I don’t sleep at night because I can never get comfortable

Four loads of laundry in addition to lack of sleep is beyond frustrating...it's exhausting to the next level. Sending tons of positive thoughts for some much-needed rest.

It is challenging and frustrating. The need for breaks and difficulty finding comfort can undoubtedly take a toll on your well-being. I found it essential to acknowledge the effort I put into everyday activities despite the challenges of spondyloarthritis. Stepping back and reflecting on tasks undertaken helps me recognize I am getting things done, just differently than others or from how I used to accomplish things. It's also crucial to prioritize self-care. Some days I need to put those tasks to the side and tend to my body and mind. I hope you can rest a bit between tasks and have productive days. Also, lack of sleep really puts a damper on what you can accomplish throughout the day - hoping you can get some nightly rest ... how are you doing this week? Warmly - Rebecca (community moderator)

I have figured out that my fatigue is exacerbated by my pain. Fighting pain is exhausting. I do what I can to not let my pain get ahead of me and I feel better in general.

Brain fog from fatigue is bad for me. Sometimes I just stop and blank for what seems like ages.😊
