What are your go-to anti-inflammatory recipes?

I use arnica helps with inflammation taking pain away Lately the non sleeping and severe cramping i am currently spraying my feet with magnesium or magnesium salts in castor oil I'm sleeping more comfortably and the cramping is dissapating. I cannot use opiods. I also use advocado seeds cut up soaked in rubbing alcohol for 5 days for my muscle cramps.

  2. Avocado toast, mash with lemon pink salt onion pwd.
    Ezekiel bread for base.
    Sometimes I put a slice of turkey on top. No seed oils no bad stuff no gluten and very satisfying.
