HLA-B27 Gene
I have been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis that my rheumatologist says might be AS instead. The jury is still out. However, I do not have the HLA-B27 gene, and I was curious if there are others out there with AS or PsA who also do not have this gene?
I have AS and am also HLA-B27 negative. I think they're learning there are other genes involved so HLA-B27 shouldn't be as much of a determining factor as it used to be. Hi
