Working from Home with AxSpa

Hello everyone.

I work from home for my main job. I have a nice desk and monitor that I LOVE but avoid due to my desk chair not aiding my lower back pain.
Do y'all have any recommendations for chair cushions or anything like it to help my back pain?
When looking into ergonomic chair cushions I wasn't sure what could aid my back best -- material, shape, etc?

Grateful for any tips or advice y'all have!

Seems like I need a soft but supportive seat cushion (https://purple.com/seat-cushions). At the same time, I need a chair that has a firm straight back ( I use rolled up 100% cotton beach towels - 2 of them - and put them vertically in my chair so that I do not curve my back). I need to stand and walk around. Some days more than others. Thenks for the great topic! LisaWy

Hi ! Hoping all is well. Have you found any advice over the holiday season on chair cushion tips to support your painful back? I too work from home and have tried cushions and pads and pillows to help. Depending on the pain, I can sit here for 1 to 3 hours and then I find I am switching my workstation to a new place like the couch, kitchen counter, and so on. I hope you get some responses soon.
