Thanks for sharing your empathy and understanding of how much fatigue can really weigh someone down, especially while dealing with a chronic illness. Fatigue can definitely throw off your routine and make everything feel overwhelming. I hope in those moments you give yourself permission to slow down and take it easy. I have a lot of fatigue and agree it's the worst part. Besides fibro and spondylitis I am also a little anemic with IBS. I manage by taking a nap if I can, drinking a little 5 Hour Energy when needed, and allowing myself downtime when I'm just done

Yes. Had an early rising appt. For a CT scan, it was chilly, the table hard, and the long ride exhausting. Got home, bed and slept 4 hours, so tired still. Went BK. To bed @ 9PM slept till 8:30 AM. Fatigued, but up, It is a battle, but I fight.

That sounds exhausting. Fatigue like that can be so hard to shake, but it’s inspiring that you keep pushing through. You’ve got such a strong spirit! -Latoya (Team Member)
