I've been thinking lately that I need to pick up a new hobby.
Ideally I would like it to be a source of exercise too but I'm not quite sure what options are a good idea for my AS.
Back in the day I used to be an avid football (soccer) player, but I don't think my back will agree with me going back to something with as much contact as that.
Would love to hear if any of you guys play any team sports that are a bit gentle on your AS or if you have any suggestions for me!
