Can a side effect of Cimzia be scaly itchy lesions all over your body?

I have scaly, itchy lesions all over my body, specifically my legs, arms and torso. I generally wear long pants and 3/4 or elbow length shirts. Because of allergies, I generally don’t spend much time outside.
