Rinvoq Systemic Immune Rebound

I was on Rinvoq for the past 9 months after failing Cosentyx and Cimzia. I had a change in insurance due to a job loss and I was forced to stop Rinvoq abruptly because the new insurance didn't cover it. A few days after stopping it, I had a systemic immune rebound reaction that caused an itchy rash on my face, neck and chest. It's been a few weeks and the rash is still going, although not as severe. I also had to change providers. The new provider doesn't believe I have Spondyloarthritis and said I have Osteoarthritis. She ordered a bunch of tests that I have already done many times over and several xrays, which thankfully doesn't show Osteoarthritis. She said she will go over my medical records from my previous RA and if she agrees with his diagnosis she will treat me. Otherwise, I will have to get another opinion. It's absolutely unbelievable that I can't get the care that I need because she doesn't believe in Spondyloarthritis. More medical gaslighting. We deserve better!
