The Weather Is Changing and I'm in Pain

Last week the temps were in the 50s, then the 30s, and on Sunday, it was 77! It’s going to be 20 and 22 then slowly warm up 🤷‍♂️

Today I had an appointment at 10 AM, but at 9:45 I called and said I would be late. While sitting on the bed, I was emptying my briefcase of things I needed. All at once, I sat up, and my hand and arm were completely numb holding my head up. Looking at the clock, it was 11:45. AS made me just conk out.

Later in the day, the same thing happened; luckily, I was sitting in my chair. I feel the really cold weather coming, and I’m not coming out until Spring.
