AS and Enthesitis

I am wondering if anyone has had as horrible experiences with enthesitis as I’ve had. It has been one of the biggest struggles and causes of pain for me over the past 20 years, but more so over This past year.
I have had what I thought was UTI and bladder pain, that turns out was not UTI pain at all, and it may actually be related to my enthesitis all along. Doctors were possibly leaning towards Interstitial cystitis, but now they aren’t totally confident that’s what it is, and that it may be severe enthesitis pain in my pelvic floor and bladder region that is presenting like IS. Has anyone had this happen to them??
I have had a very difficult time with this and am hoping I am not the only one.
