What helped after spine fusion surgery?
I have been dealing with two slipped discs since March. It has finally come down to fusion between L4 - L5 and decompression from L3 - L5. The slipped discs have started interfering with my right leg.
My main question is " What items or equipment helped you after surgery?" I am a short person and normally need a small step to access my bed. We are shortening my bed height so I don't need the step.
I will be referred to PT, so I am planning for that.
If you had surgery what would you recommend, or what helped you the most?

Thank you for being a part of our community. Spine surgery is scary and I'm so glad you are planning physical therapy. Here's a guide on how to get the most benefit you can from PT.
