Eye inflammation

I have extremely. Dry eyes the opthamologist said. I thought I might have Uveitis. I am going to a dry eye clinic. Anyone else with this problem? I have AS, had a very bad flare that spread to my peripheral joints then facial rash and dry eyes too. Thanks! Shelley
