Flight tips

Hi all
I am due to go on holiday tomorrow and unfortunately I am dreading the long 11 hour flight and wondering if I will actually be able to enjoy my holiday without being in constant pain but that may be too much to ask for. Anyone have any advice around travelling?

  1. Travel First Class or Business Class if you can afford to. My husband and I traveled to Egypt last November. The First Class seats were awesome! It was a 24 hour flight and I arrived rested and ready to go!

    1. I always wanted to fly first class! Which amenities did you find to be the most beneficial or enjoyable during the flight? -Latoya (Team Member)

    2. Being able to stretch out to sleep. We flew on an Air Bus -I don't remember which model.

  2. After getting a blood clot, If the flight is over 3 hours, I upgrade to premium or business class so that I have room to stretch.

    1. That’s a smart move, especially after experiencing something as serious as a blood clot. It's good that you know your limits! Have you found any other strategies to stay comfortable while traveling? -Latoya (Team Member)

  3. ,
    We appreciate you reaching out.
My apologies for not seeing this sooner as you may have already taken your long flight.
If so, how did it go?
I'm thought I'd include a link that may provide a few tips for this trip (or your next one):
