Tips for when flare comes on?

Sometimes I know when I am about to start with a flare but other times I have no idea, it’s very difficult to plan anything, the cold weather in the uk especially as we are near April doesn’t help,but even with warm weather the flares happen, I live in the north east and it’s much cooler then the south. What is in your flare kit? Do you have a box in a specific place to store it.
I only have a shower no bath so I can’t soak in anything.
I haven’t seen the rheumatologist for a year as not on biologics he said no point in seeing me and that was in March 2025 and he says next time is September 2026.
