What are your tips for preparing for a visit with your doctor?

  1. I list any questions that I have and I list any new symptoms

    1. I have both so I see an RA doctor monthly for an injection. My AS and other OA conditions are over 20years old.

      1. Take deep breath and fight my health conditions

        1. I really like how you mentioned taking a deep breath — that’s something I forget to do in the moment. I tend to spiral into worst-case-scenario thinking almost instantly, and before I know it, my heart is racing and my breathing gets shallow and intense. I’m learning that slowing down and grounding myself, even for just a few seconds, can make a difference. You definitely have to to fight any health condition. -Latoya (Team Member)
