  2. sardines and egg salads

    1. My anti-inflamation diet says to just put them in a pan, straight from a pan and fry them. Most are packed in olive oil. Only way I eat sardines.

    2. this sounds amazing. Will have to give it a try. Thank you for sharing.

  3. I eat bananas almost everyday; at least one every day. Also, Cantaloupes...
My problem: I also love beer...

    1. Thanks for sharing this with us. The same with me; I tend to eat pretty healthy consuming bananas, apples, and cantaloupe. This summer I've been drinking fruit smoothies and watching more of what I put in my body so I can relieve myself of the constant pain from spondyloarthritis. But, drinking a beer when I am feeling somewhat better from the inflammation and pain of AxSpA/AS is a big mistake. It just encourages full-body inflammation and tends to send me into flares more easily. I hope your summer has been a good one. Rebecca (community moderator)

    2. bananas have great benefits. I can relate loving something so much and having a hard to let go. I am the same way with sweet like chocolate. I been trying to switch to dark chocolate instead.
